11 years ago, I was barely even 8 years old. Exactly 11 years ago, this grown up girl here, was still a little girl.
But that little girl had to grow up in a matter of days, where she saw her own mother cry every single second she was awake. That little 8 year old girl had to shift houses numerous times in the span of that same year. That small girl who knew nothing then had to hear her mother beg her to die with her. That girl, at that age, had to witness her mother attempt suicide in front of her, not once, but several times.
And exactly 11 years ago, you made a little girl forget her genuine smile from then on. You made her learn to live without a spark in her eyes, without a personal interest in life itself.
Wow, dad. You did all of these to your daughter. You must be a very proud parent now, huh?
